Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, browsing events, buying a ticket, or using any other part of the LoopInOne platform (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. LoopInOne's role

LoopInOne is a self-service platform. Organizers create event listings, set prices and manage their own sales. Attendees use the platform to discover events and purchase tickets directly from those organizers.

Unless the event is hosted by LoopInOne itself, we are not the merchant of record for any ticket sale, are not party to the agreement between the organizer and the attendee, and don't endorse the events we list. The organizer is solely responsible for delivering the event and honouring its tickets.

3. Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including for keeping your password and any two-factor authentication factors secure. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time from Account → Settings.

4. Organizer obligations

If you list events on LoopInOne, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so, that you'll comply with all applicable laws and venue rules, and that the content you publish is accurate and not misleading.

You are the merchant of record for sales from your events. You're responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes, for fulfilling tickets, and for handling attendee complaints, refunds and chargebacks in accordance with the refund policy displayed on your event page.

Prohibited listings include, without limitation:

• tickets to events you don't have authority to sell;
• events that promote violence or unlawful conduct;
• any event that violates the rights of a third party.

5. Attendee obligations

When you purchase a ticket, you enter into a contract with the organizer, not with LoopInOne. You agree to read the organizer's event description, age restrictions and refund policy before placing your order.

Tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer explicitly enables transfers. Reselling tickets above face value may be prohibited by local law and is at your own risk.

6. Fees, payouts and refunds

LoopInOne charges service and processing fees as displayed on the pricing page and on each checkout. Fees may vary by region, currency and ticket type, and are non-refundable once collected.

Organizer payouts are issued to verified destinations in line with the schedule shown in the organizer dashboard. Payouts may be delayed or held while we verify identity, investigate disputes, or comply with applicable law.

Refunds are handled by the organizer in accordance with the refund policy published on the event page. LoopInOne will refund its service fees only where required by law.

7. Your content

You keep all rights in the text, images and other content you submit to LoopInOne. By submitting that content, you grant LoopInOne a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display it for the limited purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that we believe, in good faith, breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the Services to commit fraud, launder money or finance prohibited activities;
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform;
• scrape, mirror or reverse-engineer the Services;
• probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission;
• attempt to bypass any of the safeguards described in these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, withhold payouts, or remove listings if we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, violated applicable law, or put the platform or its users at risk.

You can stop using the Services at any time. Some provisions of these Terms - including those on fees, content licences, indemnity and limitation of liability - survive any termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopInOne disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LoopInOne does not warrant that any event will take place, will meet your expectations, or will be free from disruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopInOne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to LoopInOne in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LoopInOne, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via an in-product banner before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nairobi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
