Cookie Policy
What we store on your device when you use LoopInOne, and how you can control it.
Last updated 22 June 20261. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Some cookies last only for the length of a single browser session; others persist between visits so that the site can remember you. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and pixel tags, are used in much the same way and are covered by this policy.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to LoopInOne. "You" means anyone who visits the LoopInOne website or uses our apps.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep your shopping cart and order in flight while you complete checkout, and understand how the platform is used so we can keep improving it.
We group the cookies we set into four buckets:
- Strictly necessary: these run the platform. They keep you signed in, hold your cart together during checkout, and let our security systems detect abuse. The site won't work properly without them, so they can't be switched off from inside LoopInOne.
- Functional: these remember choices you make, such as your preferred language, currency or layout density.
- Analytics: these help us understand which features get used and where users get stuck. We aggregate the data and don't use it to identify individual visitors.
- Marketing: where applicable, these help us measure the performance of campaigns we run on other platforms. We don't sell this data to third parties.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use to run LoopInOne, not by us directly. The most common ones are:
- Our payment processor, which sets short-lived cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and complete the transaction.
- Our analytics provider, which uses cookies to attribute anonymized usage to a particular session.
- Embedded media from organizers (e.g. a YouTube trailer on an event page), which may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
Each third party operates under its own cookie and privacy policies. We choose providers we believe handle your data responsibly, but we can't control their cookies on your behalf.
4. Your choices
Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, block cookies from specific sites, or clear them at any time. The exact steps vary by browser: look for a Privacy or Site Settings section in your browser preferences.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of LoopInOne, including sign-in and checkout. Blocking analytics or marketing cookies will have no effect on your ability to use the platform; you'll simply be invisible to those measurements.
Where the law requires us to ask before setting non-essential cookies, you'll see a banner the first time you visit LoopInOne. You can revisit your choice from the cookies link in the footer at any time.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new cookie or change provider. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, surface a notice inside the platform.
