Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't do on LoopInOne, and what happens when these rules are broken.

Last updated 22 June 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every visitor, attendee, organizer and partner using LoopInOne. It supplements our Terms of Service. If you don't agree with the rules in this policy, please don't use the platform.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use LoopInOne after an update means you accept the change.

2. Prohibited content

You may not list, promote or distribute content on LoopInOne that:

  • is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the event is taking place;
  • incites violence, harassment, hatred or discrimination against any person or group;
  • sexualizes minors in any way, or facilitates the exploitation of children;
  • promotes terrorism or other organized violent activity;
  • infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of a third party;
  • impersonates another person, organization, or LoopInOne itself;
  • contains malicious code, phishing attempts, or links that endanger other users.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using LoopInOne, you agree not to:

  • sell tickets to events you don't have authority to sell;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically collect data about other users without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, any other account, or any underlying infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, stress-test or otherwise interfere with the platform's normal operation, including by sending excessive traffic;
  • circumvent security or rate-limiting controls, or use the platform to launch attacks against any third-party system;
  • use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.

4. Tickets and resale

Tickets bought on LoopInOne are issued under the terms set by the organizer of the event. Unless the organizer explicitly allows resale, you may not list LoopInOne tickets on third-party resale platforms or sell them above face value.

Buying tickets in bulk for resale, sweeping inventory using automated tools, or using stolen payment instruments to acquire tickets are all prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of all affected orders without refund of LoopInOne fees.

5. Abuse of payments and refunds

You may not use the platform to launder funds, evade tax, or to process payments unrelated to a legitimate event you are organizing or attending.

Repeatedly raising chargebacks for tickets that were correctly delivered, or attempting to extract refunds outside the published refund policy of an event, may lead to your account being suspended and outstanding balances being placed on hold while we investigate.

6. How we enforce this policy

When we receive a report, or our own systems detect a likely violation, we will review the activity. Depending on the severity and the context, we may:

  • ask you to remove or amend the content;
  • temporarily suspend the affected account, event or listing;
  • permanently close the account and cancel the affected events;
  • place any funds in dispute on hold while we investigate;
  • report the activity to the relevant authorities where we are required or permitted to do so.

We try to be proportionate. Where the law allows and we are not investigating an emergency, we will give you a chance to respond before taking action against your account.

7. Reporting a violation

If you see content or conduct on LoopInOne that breaks this policy, please report it to [email protected]. Include the URL of the listing or profile, a short description of the issue, and any context that helps us investigate quickly. We treat reports confidentially.
