Organizer Agreement
The specific terms that apply when you use LoopInOne to sell tickets and run events.
Last updated 22 June 20261. When this agreement applies
This Organizer Agreement applies whenever you use LoopInOne to list an event, sell tickets, collect payments, or otherwise act as an organizer on the platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; where there is a conflict between this agreement and the Terms of Service on a matter specific to organizing events, this agreement controls.
In this document, "you" means the individual or organization listed as the organizer on an event, "we" and "us" mean LoopInOne, and "buyers" means the attendees who purchase tickets to your events.
2. You are the merchant of record
Unless the event is hosted by LoopInOne itself, you are the merchant of record for every ticket sold to your event. That means:
- the legal contract for the ticket is between you and the buyer;
- you are responsible for delivering the event as advertised, honouring tickets at the door, and providing customer support to your buyers;
- you are responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes, levies or duties that apply to ticket sales in your jurisdiction;
- you are responsible for any refunds, chargebacks or disputes arising from the sale.
LoopInOne acts as your technical and payments provider. We are not party to the agreement between you and your buyers, and we do not underwrite your events.
3. Account verification
Before you can receive payouts, we need to verify your identity (for an individual) or your legal entity (for an organization). We may ask for government-issued identification, proof of address, business-registration documents, beneficial-ownership information, and tax identifiers. Where the law requires, we will share this information with our payment partners.
We may suspend payouts, sales or your entire account if any of this information is missing, expired, or appears to be inaccurate. You agree to keep your verification details up to date and to update us promptly if anything material changes (a change of legal name, controlling owner, registered address, payout destination, and so on).
4. Fees and payouts
Our current fees are listed in your organizer dashboard before you publish an event, and on the price summary at the bottom of every order. We don't charge a setup fee or a subscription. We earn a percentage of each paid ticket sold through LoopInOne, plus the payment-processor charge passed through at cost.
We may change our fees from time to time. If we do, we'll give you reasonable advance notice in your dashboard and by email, and the new fees will only apply to ticket sales that complete after the change takes effect.
Payouts settle to the verified destination you nominate. You can request a payout at any time from your dashboard, subject to a minimum balance and any holds we apply for risk or compliance reasons. We may delay or withhold a payout while we investigate a suspected violation of these terms, a high level of disputes, or unusual activity on the account.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the event content you publish on LoopInOne (cover images, descriptions, lineup, agenda and so on). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content for the purpose of running the platform and promoting your events.
You confirm that you have the rights to publish the content you upload, and that doing so does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. We may remove content that we believe violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, and we may suspend events that repeatedly attract such complaints.
6. Buyer data and audience ownership
When buyers purchase tickets to your event, we share their order details with you: name, email, ticket type, and any custom fields you collected at checkout. You are an independent controller of this personal data, and you are responsible for processing it in line with applicable data-protection law.
You may use buyer data to deliver the event, support attendees, and contact past attendees about your own future events. You may not use it to spam buyers, share it with parties unrelated to your events, or sell it to third parties.
7. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
You set the refund policy for each event, subject to the minimum standards in our Refund Policy. You agree to honour the policy you publish. If you cancel an event, you must issue full refunds for all unused tickets within a reasonable period.
If a chargeback is raised against a ticket, we will notify you and may deduct the disputed amount and any chargeback fees from your balance while the dispute is resolved. You agree to provide any evidence we reasonably need to defend the chargeback on your behalf.
We may step in to issue a refund directly to a buyer where we believe an event was not delivered as advertised, where you fail to respond to a refund request within a reasonable time, or where we are required to do so by law. In those cases we will offset the refunded amount against your balance, or invoice you if your balance is insufficient.
8. Safety and compliance
You are responsible for the safety of your events. That includes complying with venue rules, fire and capacity limits, age restrictions, accessibility requirements, and any licensing or insurance obligations that apply where the event is held.
You agree not to use the platform for events that promote violence, sexualize minors, or otherwise breach our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or cancel events that violate these rules without prior notice.
9. Term and termination
This agreement applies for as long as you maintain an organizer account on LoopInOne. You may close your account at any time, provided you have no open events with future dates and no outstanding obligations to buyers.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if you fail to maintain valid verification information, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide service to you would expose LoopInOne, our payment partners, or our other users to material legal or reputational risk. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
Termination doesn't affect ticket purchases that have already been completed. You remain responsible for delivering events you have already sold tickets to, or for refunding buyers in full if you can't.
